These are my thoughts on everything from how to grow a company to selling one and everything in-between
In 2008, I decided to leave the big agency world and acquired a traditional Direct Marketing Agency. Over the last 15 years, the company underwent a transformation and experienced exponential growth. Today, the company has nearly 200 people serving national and international clients, and has been recognized as Strategy Magazine's Digital Agency of the Year and one of Canada's top 100 employers.
In 2018 I successfully led the sale of BIMM to Hakuhodo DY (a Japanese holding company). I continue to lead BIMM with a fantastic team of creative innovators, disruptors and entrepreneurs.
I am proud to call myself a data nerd. Throughout my 25-year career, I have had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 organizations to drive transformative change and have led the creation of innovative programs and solutions.
Some of the notable clients and industries that I have worked with include Loyalty Programs such as Shoppers Drug Mart's SDM Optimum and Loblaws' PC Plus (now PC Optimum), Automotive companies including Audi, GM, Toyota, and Lexus, Telecommunications companies such as Rogers, Telus, Bell, Shaw, Cogeco, and Freedom, Retail organizations such as Home Hardware, Leon's, and Bridgestone Firestone, as well as Financial institutions including BMO, Blackrock, PC Financial, and National Bank.
With 25 years of experience under my belt, I have gained valuable insights and developed a proven formula to help companies achieve remarkable growth while delivering bottom-line returns that are 2 to 5 times greater than the industry average for their clients and investors.
I believe that exceptional talent always produces exceptional solutions. When I'm not running the BIMM business, or hanging out with my family, you can find me either biking, running or swimming. I'm doing my best to keep father time at bay.

I'll leave that to my book :). The goal is to get you started with some high level insight, simple steps and resources to help you along the way.
